Standup Paddle Board (SUP) Yin Yoga

Join us for a SUP Yoga event. Yoga postures will consist of passive yin-style postures, which will be held for five or more minutes. These will mainly affect the spine, hips, and pelvis while specifically targeting the connective tissue. Regular Yin practice brings moisture back into the connective tissues, therefore lessening joint issues and enhancing overall mental and physical well-being.
