A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These are typically produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The goal is to invite deep rest and relaxation and possibly facilitate healing by altering states of consciousness.

I attended an excellent gong bath that gave me an out of body experience. I also had a therapeutic session with tuning forks that made me feel deeply relaxed.  I wil definitely be a returning for future classes, workshops and individual therapy.
